Resource use
Shared hosting plans are designed for typical website use. Persistent background processes, excessive CPU or I/O, or storage of backup/archive data unrelated to your website may be suspended or asked to upgrade to a VPS.
Reporting abuse
If you believe a Maxinames-hosted site violates this policy, email support@maxinames.com with the URL and a brief description. We investigate every credible report.
Enforcement
Violations may result in content removal, service suspension, account termination, or referral to law enforcement. We generally give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue, except where immediate action is required to protect our network or other users.
