What you are agreeing to
By signing up you agree to:
- Pay for the services you order, on time.
- Use the services in line with our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Provide accurate contact and billing information and keep it up to date.
- Take reasonable steps to secure your account (strong passwords, 2FA where offered).
What we promise
- To run the services we sold you with reasonable skill and care.
- To meet a 99.9% uptime target on shared hosting (with credits if we miss it — see the SLA section of the full terms).
- To give you advance notice of price changes, scheduled maintenance, or material changes to the service.
- To handle your data per our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
What we do not cover
- Loss of revenue, data, or goodwill arising from outages or security incidents — our liability is capped at the fees you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.
- Issues caused by third-party software you install (CMS, plugins, scripts).
- Issues caused by misconfiguration on your side (DNS, code, etc.).
Cancellation and termination
You can cancel any service at any time from the dashboard. We can suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, or breach of the Acceptable Use Policy — usually with notice and an opportunity to resolve.
Changes to the terms
We may update the terms from time to time. Material changes are communicated by email at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after the change means you accept the new terms.
Disputes
The terms are governed by the laws specified in the full document. Most disputes are resolved by talking — open a ticket and we will work through it.
